We invite our current and prospective partners to learn more about the Network and Environmental Education (EE) by visiting the web site www.creec.org, contacting a regional Coordinator, or requesting a report about the educational and motivational benefits of including EE in a school's curriculum.

All Partners can contact CREEC Network staff to discuss how their organizations can benefit from supporting the network in these and other ways:

  • Sponsor an annual or one-time event like a conference, a training workshop, a dinner meeting, or a resource fair.
  • Underwrite products or services like resource directories, posters, and the web site www.creec.org.
  • Donate resources like meeting space, refreshments, copying or mailing services, or staff time.
  • Volunteer time by attending a regional forum, serving on an Advisory Committee, or coordinating a regional project or event.
  • Provide technical or professional assistance to a CREEC Network Coordinator in an area like organizational development, management, marketing, or fund raising.
Partners from Educational Institutions and Organizations can provide these additional types of support.
  • Encourage the integration of EE into the local curriculum by providing incentives for teachers to participate in EE planning, implementation, and professional development.
  • Include the CREEC Network Coordinator on internal distribution lists for meeting, program, professional development, and strategic planning announcements.
  • Provide funds, supplies, or other resources to help the CREEC Network Coordinator serve local staff and students.
  • Donate office space, telephone, or Internet service for a regional, county, district, or school site CREEC Network Coordinator.
  • Connect with K-12 teachers and the EE community in every region of the state.
  • Serve as administrative and fiscal home for one of the Network's multi-county service regions.
