The festival is free to the public.

Visit the California Recycles both to purchase Biodegradable Food Service Items and Bio Bags.
The California Recycles booth will also be accepting small electronic items (cell phones, PDA's, cameras, ect...) for recycling at NO CHARGE

Go wild with the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens this summer and join our new and exciting Creature Camps! From Storytime Safari to Postively Primates, we’ve got Habitat Happenings and Artistic Adventures beyond your wildest dreams! Each day brings new discoveries as kids have the time of their lives going ape over Zoo’s hundreds of amazing animals. Through fun, safe, engaging activities, your campers will trail blaze though the week. Each camp is lead by specially trained, experienced staff. This adventure is one that your child will never forget. Camps are available for children from age four through those entering grade six. Programs begin June 23 and are offered through August 15. ROUNDHOUSE AQUARIUM

 

Head to the Roundhouse for some FUN IN THE SUN!!  We have camps for all needs: Weeklong camps, Day camps, and Overnight adventures.  For the little tikes, sign up for Mini Marine Explorers.  Each day is a new adventure as we learn about a new animal.  Have Junior Marine Biologists at home?  CSI (Curious Sea Investigators) camp, will be the perfect place to learn new skills.  We’ll investigate the animals living in and around the aquarium, catch and release fish, and learn to surf.  Campers will record their discoveries in their field notebooks.  Ready for an adventure?  Try Wilderness Adventure Week.  We’ll explore the beach, tidepools, mudflats, go kayaking, and learn to surf!  Sleep with the Sharks is a perfect overnight adventure for kids age 9+.  Campers will learn about these magnificent creatures while hanging out in their PJs!  We have camps for kids ages 4-14, so sign up soon!  There’s something for everyone at the Roundhouse Aquarium Summer Science Sea Camps!  Check out our website for more details!  www.roundhouseaquarium.org/camp

Shark Lagoon Nights

The public is invited to get up close with the ocean’s ultimate predators at the Aquarium of the Pacific for FREE during Shark Lagoon Nights. Guests will have the opportunity to touch more than 150 sharks and see large sharks such as sandtigers at the Shark Lagoon exhibit on select Friday evenings from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Shark Lagoon brings guests closer to these predators than they ever imagined. Guests can touch and learn about sharks; shop in Pacific Collections; purchase drinks, coffee, dessert, or a light meal; and enjoy live music during select Shark Lagoon Nights.

Ocean Conservation Awards Gala / Aquarium of the Pacific's 10 Year Anniversary kick off
6:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m.
Kick off the Aquarium of the Pacific’s 10 Year Anniversary Celebration at the Ocean Conservation Awards Gala. This black-tie event honors the outstanding achievements of individuals and institutions that have greatly contributed to environmental conservation efforts. The evening features a special awards program, a cocktail reception, full-course gourmet dinner, live musical entertainment, after-hours coffee bar and lounge, and more. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enjoy the Aquarium of the Pacific’s exhibits at night.
Cost: $600 per seat / Tables and other sponsorship opportunities available for purchase.
