2008 California Science Education Conference
October 30 to November 2, 2008, San Jose
The conference qualifies for HOUSSE credit and for NCLB Title II funding.  This science conference features hundreds of workshops, many short courses and field courses, great speakers and exhibits, and is appropriate for all grade levels and all science disciplines.

April 24-26, 2009 at Walker Creek Ranch - Marin County Outdoor School
Cost: $150 + $15 AEOE membership (scholarships are available)

Join environmental, outdoor and museum educators, interpreters, and teachers from all over California at this professional development conference. Registration includes two nights lodging, five meals, speakers, entertainment, a choice of over 70 workshops, and more! The keynote is Dr. Nina Roberts, Associate Professor at San Francisco State University, and a leader in outdoor recreation, youth development, diversity, and social justice. Special Guest Speaker and Workshop Presenter John Muir Laws is also scheduled.
