    Join environmental, outdoor and museum educators, interpreters, and teachers from all over California at this professional development conference. Registration includes two nights lodging, five meals, speakers, entertainment, a choice of over 70 workshops, and more! The keynote is nationally recognized speaker, author, consultant and actor, Dr. Cortés, who is widely regarded as one of the founders of the multicultural education movement in California. Building on his personal experience growing up as a person of mixed ancestry, Dr. Cortés will share his insights on how to best connect with California’s multicultural student populations.
