Program Description:

    Visit the only farm in the world that actually grows Pizza! A one-half acre demonstration
    farm that connects visitor with the origin of their favorite food – Pizza. Provides guided
    tours, environmental education curriculum, fieldtrips, teacher inservices, EE activity kits,
    reference library, EE projects, fundraising.

Coordinators note: For the past 9 years Darren has put an enormous amount of time,
effort and money into creating a wonderful educational experience for children and adults
that demonstrates not just the value of agriculture but its connections to environmentally
friendly methods and practices. CREEC is proud to include The Pizza Farm as one of our
Providers and Resources in Region VII.
