Program Description:
The GEMS center is a teacher resource center from the Lawrence Hall of Science working in collaboration with UC Merced. The center offers science units and kits to Fresno County teachers and provides workshops and inservices. Many GEMS units deal with environmental themes and concepts.

The CREEC Network brings together local, state, and federal agencies to support environmental education across California. The CREEC Network receives financial support from the California Department of Education, Environmental Education Program as well as many other state and local partners.
