The Orange County Chapter of the California Native Plant Society meets the 3rd Thursday of every month from 7:30 - 9 PM at the Irvine Ranch Water District Headquarters at 15600 Sand Canyon Avenue, Irvine. They offer many other activities, such as native plant sales and field trips. Go to OCCNPS for more information.
